I recall those former days of air travel when we dressed in our finest to board a plane. On my first flight to Europe (economy class) my friend and I were served filet mignon! We had very good appetites and asked for a second meal if there were any to spare. We both received a second helping! The meals were of excellent quality as well. I had that happen one time on my way over to the UK. It was fantastic. I don’t recall the meal, but I was appreciative of the sleeping space. Scandinavia is an awesome trip! So happy for you!
