Was this column shortened for the Senior Tour? It's the reason I try not to exceed 600 words. When I turn 70, my column will be 400 words; at 80, 200 words.

If I reach 90, I'm going to send out just four words each week: "I am still alive."

Let’s keep lowering the bar, Melvin.

Happy to participate in the weekly columnist OG Senior Tour (in my case OG stands for "Old Grandma") I would give up the ergonomic keyboard in favor of a 24-hour tech support hotline answered by a human.

You got it, Cindy! After all, you’re the OG.

You have a winner with this one, Bill. My mom was an avid golfer. She golfed 9 holes in the morning, then went and checked herself into the hospital because she had terminal cancer. Growing into our senior years doesn't mean we have to slow down — we just do it differently.

My father-in-law is 93 and plays golf twice a week - I told him he’s my hero.

You’ve got that one right! Golfing is a lot of exercise, skill and coordination. Please tell your father I’m proud of him and ask him to golf a round for my mom!

All the great players of golf eventually "graduated" to senior level, and I suspect today's stars will be there once they get old.

Yeah, and there’s real money there. It’ll be a scene when Tiger arrives there.
